Her father, Kedric Couch, was one of the greatest high school coach's in the State of Texas. He has received many outstanding awards for his coaching carer. Growing up as a daughter to a coach had its advantages. Tawana learned to stay focus, motivated, and to Win the Game.
Now she has taken that motiving spirit and is offering rawfood coaching.
As a rawfood coach Tawana will coach you into eating a healthy diet. Tawana is a people person who loves to help people gain health. People love to eat so how does she make vegan rawfood work for the average person. She offers coaching classes and one on one to people that want to get healthy.
For most people rawfood means carrot sticks. This is boring for most people. Find out how to make tasty food that everyone can like for you and your family.
Tawana will show you first hand how good rawfood can taste. This will be included when you go for a coaching class. Tawana uses as much organic foods when preparing rawfoods so this is included in the coaching session.

Tawana will coach you personally in her home or yours. This includes a single 1 to 2 hour session. I am located in Dallas, Texas. I do travel so if I am in your area we can try to arrange a session.
